This is a monochrome project spanning 10
years. Industrial Landscapes documents the aesthetic in empty industrial
spaces and structures. These sites have a grandeur and air of mystery
to them and are the surviving remnants of our past industrial age.
A feature focused on power stations in London was published in
the Observer Magazine, ("Powerhouses" - 17 June 2001).
Gothic industrial cathedrals containing large cavernous spaces
- some unused awaiting redevelopment and a couple still in operation
for the time being. |
